„Rīgas satiksme” clients use e-services on company’s webpage

The results of the opinion poll carried out on „Rīgas satiksme” website in September show that almost a half or 46% of respondents have used some e-service from those available on the company’s webpage.

339 replies, which makes 29% of the total number, show that respondents applied for e-tickets or Riga resident’s cards. 13% admitted having applied for visiting a customer service centre and 4% took advantage of contacting the company via rubrics „Contact us”. 985 replies were received in total during the poll.

„Rīgas satiksme” reminds that on https://pieteikums.rigassatiksme.lv/ one can apply for a personalised e-ticket or Riga resident’s cards, as well as for various discounts. It is also possible to apply for visiting a customer service centre here and to make an inquiry (information question, proposal, appreciation or complaint) in rubrics „Contact us”.
